Make a payment
Two ways to settle an invoice, and one thing to check before you send anything.
Use this page only if you are paying toward an invoice that Land Law Firm, LLC has already sent you. If you are not sure whether you owe anything, call the office on 312-900-0060 first rather than sending money into the general account.
Pay by Zelle
Zelle moves between bank accounts directly, so there is no card processing and no separate account to create. Most US banks and credit unions have it built into their own app.
01
Open Zelle inside your own bank or credit union app. If your bank is not one of the participating institutions, the Zelle get started page lists which ones are.
02
Send the payment to Kenyatta@landlawfirm.co.
03
In the reference field, put the full name of the client and a valid email address so a confirmation can be sent back to you.
Paying by card
Land Law Firm, LLC accepts credit and debit card payments through PayPal.
Card payments are arranged through the office so the invoice is matched to the right matter before anything is charged. Call 312-900-0060 and a payment link will be issued to you directly. Have the invoice and the client name to hand.
When you pay, complete the requested address and card information in full, and enter a valid email address to receive a payment confirmation.
Should you experience any technical difficulty making a payment online, contact the office on 312-900-0060 and someone will help you process it.
A payment does not make us your lawyers
An attorney-client relationship with Land Law Firm, LLC may only be created by a written attorney-client contract signed by both the representing attorney and the client, together with payment of the agreed fees. Sending money on its own does not retain the firm, and nothing on this page is legal advice. If you have not yet spoken to anyone, start with the free consultation instead, or read what the firm handles.
Before you send anything
Does paying an invoice make you my lawyer?
No. A payment does not create an attorney-client relationship. That relationship is created by a written attorney-client contract with Land Law Firm, LLC, signed by both the representing attorney and the client, together with payment of the agreed fees.
What do I put in the reference field?
The full name of the client, and a valid email address so a payment confirmation can be sent to you. Without a name on the transfer the payment arrives unattached to any matter.
I have not been sent an invoice. Should I pay anything?
No. This page is only for paying toward an invoice the firm has already issued. If you are unsure whether you owe anything, call the office on 312-900-0060 before sending money.
Is the first consultation charged?
No. The initial consultation is free, so there is nothing to pay before it.
Something went wrong with the payment. What now?
Call the office on 312-900-0060 and it will be sorted out there. Do not send a second payment before checking whether the first one arrived.
Not a client yet?
This page is only for settling an invoice the firm has already sent. If you are still working out whether you need an attorney, the first conversation is free.
Contacting Land Law Firm, LLC does not create an attorney-client relationship, and nothing on this site is legal advice. Please do not send confidential information until a written engagement is in place.
